A classic and versatile English russet with a unique and delicate ‘nutty’ flavour, goes well with a cheese board or in a salad. Keeps very well and develops a pleasingly ‘dry’ texture, not unlike a firm pear.

Can also be used to make a beautiful, rich and very sweet juice – bear in mind lots would be needed as it’s flesh doesn’t have a high juice content.
